Lawyer

“Absheron Automobile Center” LLC is currently looking for Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

1. To be closely involved in the preparation of normative-legal documents on the activities of the Company;
2. Participate in the development of the statutes and internal procedures of the structural units and verify the legitimacy of the documents prepared; assisting the preparation of drafting and decisions of the society, as well as drafting of power of attorney and letters;
3. To carry out legal examination and arrangement of contracts; inform the management of innovations in the legislation relevant to the activity of the society and the staff of the relevant structural units;
4. Ensure that the standard form of contracts to be concluded with the Company's partners is prepared and submitted to the structural subdivisions; to represent the Society within the limits of its competence in law enforcement, judicial, and other state bodies and bodies;
5. Execute other management tasks.

Requirements:

-  A graduate degree with major in Law / International Law. A degree from overseas University would be an advantage;
-  Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
-  Age limit - 25-35
-  At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
-  Ability to work in the MS Office program,
- Strong command of spoken and written Azerbaijani, Russian and English; German is desirable
