Additional agreement (prolongation)

ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT # ___

Hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Parties", “1st company” LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" in the person of  director  Good Guy  Vandenbulcke acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand and "2st company" LLC hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", in the person of director Mighty Bob, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the other hand, concluded the present Additional Agreement on the following:

1. To prolong the term of the Export-import Contract No. 01, dated 20 February 20__, signed by the Parties till 31 December 20__.

2. All other items of the specified Contract which were not touched upon by the present Agreement remain unchanged.

3. The present Agreement comes into force on the moment of its signing by the parties and is an integral part of the Contract.  

4. The present Additional Agreement is made in two identical copies (one for each of the Parties), having the same legal effect.
