Agreement to cancel lease

AGREEMENT TO CANCEL LEASE

The undersigned have entered into a lease agreement dated February 14, 2014, related to the premises known as 431 Nizami str., apt. 44 (the “Lease”). The undersigned acknowledge that, for valuable consideration and by their mutual agreement, effective on December 5, 2015, such Lease is hereby terminated and all rights and obligations of either party shall be canceled except for any obligations under the Lease accrued before the effective termination date.

This termination agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.

This termination agreement was signed on October 15, 2015.
