Lawyer

Capital Legal Services is a new and dynamic law firm in Azerbaijan.  Services offered by CLS include corporate/M&A, commercial, legal outsourcing, banking and finance, employment, migration, licensing and litigation issues. Currently, we are looking for the new graduated and experienced lawyers to join our team.

The work will include:

• Advising the clients on various legal matters;
• M&A work, including legal due-diligences and post M&A support;
• Finance, corporate and commercial law;
• Litigation support.

The requirements for application:

• Higher law degree; 
• 3+ years experience in the legal business (for experienced lawyers); 
• Litigation practice (for experienced lawyers); 
• LLM degree for the new graduates;
• Ability for team work and manage multiple tasks;
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and multiple tasks;
• Fluent English, Azerbaijani;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
