Head of Litigation

The ideal candidate will have excellent people and problem solving skills, and the ability to assess problems (sometimes from multiple perspectives, sometimes with more than one objective to be achieved) in order to reach practical and efficient solutions for the firm’s lawyers and its clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who seeks and enjoys a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Member of Bar (vekil);
• Minimum 5-7 years of extensive experience;
• Knowledge of Russian and English is an extra benefit, but not a must;
• Good reputation.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in litigation technology and support role; at least 3 years in litigation support management 
• High competence as both a litigation technology manager and leader of people in a large law firm setting.
• Ability to successfully lead and develop a team and coordinate with project teams, task forces and project schedules.
