During the program, you will undertake challenging and relevant work through client engagements, networking events and other exciting opportunities.  And to ensure that you are equipped with all the knowledge and tools to enable you to successfully complete your work throughout the program, you will go through induction during the first few days with the firm.  You will also be assigned a supervisor who will be responsible for looking after and guiding you throughout you entire internship period.  At the completion of the internship, depending on the needs of the business, you may be offered a full-time position with the firm so make sure that you demonstrate that you’re a passionate individual who cares about your career in the profession and making a difference to your peers and clients because you could be rewarded with a graduate offer!

We offer internship with an opportunity to become a part of a big family within 6 months.

You will

• Have a chance to work within the different service lines of the Legal practice, mainly in dispute resolution
• Acquire skills and knowledge in legislation research, legal analysis and legal writing skills
• Develop your technical skills on a daily basis by supporting projects and by interaction with our professional team

Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you will have:
 
• A top undergraduate/graduate degree or last year at the university with major in Law. Overseas (preferably US or leading European University) LL.M. degree is an advantage.
• Strong command of spoken and written Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage (any other languages will be a plus)
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point 
• Strong analytic and good problem structuring skills 
• Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks 
• Strong communication and team working skills 
• Any relevant experience/background is good but not required
