Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is announcing a vacancy of a Lawyer.

Work location will be at Kurdamir, Agsu, Ismayilli, Goychay, or Shamakhi branches of AzerCredit – depending on the successful applicant’s residence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision and management of the Department Head, and in accordance with the work division among the employees, provide internal legal assistance, implement legal examination and analysis of the organization’s activities;
• Defend the rights and legitimate interests of AzerCredit in front of courts, other state agencies, physical persons and legal entities as assigned by the Department Head;
• Develop drafts of the contracts to be signed with stakeholders, conduct legal examination of the presented draft contracts and other legal documents;
• Make regular visits to the regions where the branches and sub-branches of AzerCredit are located or undertake other tasks as assigned by the Department Head;
• Perform other duties in line with the job function as requested by AzerCredit Management and the Department Head;
• Understanding and supporting Company philosophy and objectives;
• Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable AzerCredit to meet its goal;
• Conducting all activities in compliance with AzerCredit policies and procedures.
   

• Perform tasks related to solving problems and delays with regards to loans given by AzerCredit to its clients – before litigation, without involving in litigation and during litigation processes;
• Monitoring the progress of all legal cases involving Kurdamir, Agsu, Ismayilli, Goychay,  Shamakhi branches of AzerCredit and coordinating with related managers on proper handling of the cases;

Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor degree in Law (master degree as an advantage);
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Lawyer;
• At least 1 year of experience in the area of civil-judicial law or debt collection;
• Excellent knowledge of civil, civil-judicial, administrative responsibility, finance-credit and banking legislation;
• Fluency in Azeri  (good knowledge of English and Russian is desirable);

• Proficiency in PC usage (MS Office applications);
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility, to act independently and highly developed sense of rectitude;
• Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.
