LEGAL INTERN

Recently, our Business Development and Project Management team has been commissioned to deliver incremental benefits by enabling Prima to grow new partnerships and to develop new paths to regional markets. The Legal Intern position provides assistance to this team with performing its functions.

Major duties:

• Assist with reviewing, sometime drafting contractual documents
• Assist with organizing and maintaining legal documents in a paper or electronic filing systems
• Provide support on special projects or legal reporting efforts.
• Provide general overflow support as needed.

Functional requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in law, corporate law or related field degree.
• Good Azerbaijani and English.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days a week, on working days.
• Free lunch is provided at the office.
• Training opportunities: The majority of training will be done ‘on-the-job’ under the supervision of the supervisor or project manager. Also, advanced MS Word trainings will be provided.
